Parkour is a sport that’s associated with the young, perhaps, due to the obvious risks of injury if proper precautions are not undertaken.
People lose the courage to try new things as they become older. Goals they once had, get erased off their mental bucket list. Clearly, this isn’t the case for this group of beginner traceurs in their forties. While taking slightly longer to adapt movement drills, practice makes perfect.
