3RUN Launches Parkour Gym In Hampshire

The 3RUN parkour team has created an indoor gymnasium, with a £100,000 grant from Sport England, for traceurs to train in parkour and free running. International parkour and free running athletes were invited for the launch last Sunday (23 June 2013), and this included Sébastien Foucan, the founder of free running.

Parkour classes and fitness workshops will be made available at the gym, conducted by 3RUN’s Evolution Academy and begin on Monday (24 June 2013). The gymnasium is located within the Active Life Centre, Basingstoke (UK).
