Halloween Is Sneaking Towards Us Ninjas
Halloween is around the corner. As much as I know this isn’t related to your training, we’ve got to have fun sometimes. I’m curious as to what my fellow W.O.N. members will be doing on that day. What will you guys be dressing up as? Having a few Japanese costumes and cosplay costumes, I’ll probably dress up as a gothic samurai or something along those lines. Do Ninjas Wear Black Costumes?
There are a number of people who strongly believe that ninjas used to wear all-black costumes with masks, which revealed only the eyes. But if you have a look at the historical facts and appeal to common sense, then there is only disappointment for you. None of the evidences support this myth. The idea that ninja wore all-black costumes came from prop-handlers of the Kabuki theatre. The black costume would not make them stand out from the actors.
