What is parkour
Parkour is an art of flight; to escape or to chase. It involves using your body’s abilities to move from one place to another in the most efficient and swift way. The founder of Parkour, David Belle, meant it to be a way to develop one’s mind and body to overcome obstacles in an emergency.
How does it contribute to being ninja?
Ninja were adept at stealth and fighting, but these skills were not ideal in all situations. A ninja should know how to escape or chase when there are seemingly impossible obstacles.
And the modern equivalent of such skills is Parkour.
How do you get started?
Get a good pair of shoes with good traction. Running shoes will do.
After having the proper shoes, find a local parkour community and join them! Or create your own parkour group. Or try to start out on your own with the basics. Read a recommendation for starting out in parkour.

Could you please get a girl to make a tutorial on parkour?I dont have a man’s upper body strenght,but i am somewhat flexable.

Hi Kokoru, sorry for the late response.
While you do not have a man’s upper body strength, it is more practical to condition your body to that standard.
I’ll keep your suggestion about having a separate resource for females in mind for the future article. In the meantime, I hope this site was useful to you.
At the moment, I’m juggling work, opening the social network and updating this site, so I don’t have much time on hand. I certainly will do so in time to come.

I am going to try parkour as soon as possible. ive already done some without knowing it, like jumping 8 stairs at a time and landing in that animal-like position. my friend didnt want to try it, but it is really fun. i need to work on jumps, vaults, and rolls, so once im not busy, i will try. this was really helpful and im glad i found this site.
Parkour is so fun guys! im only 14 and im learn so much from it!
Any other suggestions not a parkour school or class in the whole state.
